यामध्ये प्रामुख्याने मुळव्याध हा आजार गर्भधारणेच्या काळामध्ये जास्त प्रमाणात आढळतो. पोटातील प्रेशर वाढल्यामुळे मलाशयावर दाब येतो व पोट साफ होण्यास त्रास होतो. गर्भधारणेमध्ये व नंतर मुळव्याधीचा फिशर हा प्रकार जास्त प्रमाणात आढळतो. गर्भधारणेच्या काळात गर्भाच्या योग्य वाढीकरिता आवश्यक औषधोपचार जसे की, जीवनसत्वे व लोहाच्या गोळ्या व इतर औषधी यांच्या सेवनामुळे मलबद्धता होते आणि मलबद्धतेमुळे मुळव्याध उत्पन्न होतो. लक्षणांमध्ये शौचानंतर आग होणे किंवा वेदना होणे, रक्तस्राव थेंब थेंब किंवा लागून येणे, सुज असणे, खाज येणे, पोट साफ न होणे, कुंथावे लागणे, अपचन, गॅसेस होणे, शौचाच्या ठिकाणी कोंब लागणे, शौच्याच्या ठिकाणी जखम होणे, गाठ लागणे इत्यादी लक्षणे आढळतात.
